Trend Overextended

Hi,

Im looking ofr an indicator that signals when the trend is overextended, the common setting for oscillators are constantly giving signals and saying when the trend is going to reverse.

Im looking for something more long term, something that will let me know getting in the trend is risky

Any advice appreciated
