I am unable to contact Interactive Brokers through help desk form at
http://individuals.interactivebroker...ct/contact.php
I don't have other way to contact them as they refuse to reply to inquiries sent to newaccounts@interactivebrokers.com.
I don't have approved account yet so no chat or message center is available to me.
Submitting the form results in:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cstools/contact/index.php on this server.
Tried firefox and IE.
Do you have same problem? Would there be anyone kind enough to report this bug to them by message center so that I can contact them about finishing my application?
