Given all the positive comments about using triangles in trading I am surprised no one on this site appears to use them. The commercial pattern software available is either so expensive or connected to a specific broker that it makes it difficult to use. For this reason, I thought some of the gifted programmers would have coded an AFL to use for trading.
In Amibroker's library there are a few codes on different patterns, how difficult would it be to take those formulas and stitch them together into one AFL? My ignorance of computers and coding is showing but I was wondering how difficult it would be. Thank you for your patience regarding my lack of computer skills which obviously shows by the questions I pose.
