Does anybody know anything about this company/stock?

My father in-law bought 500 shares of this a while back and he has passed away and I see that there is hardly any value at all. I have tried to look the company up online and they have a web page. but all email addresses come back as undeliverable. was wondering if this was something to hold on too or chalk it up as a loss?
