Can the Market Maker see my trades?

After switching brokers from Scottrade to Interactive I have hundreds of screenshots like this where price action reverses at my buy in price or Short sale price. Here is a example from today, I was short PAY at 21.25 and the price reversed right at the point before I was able to make a profit.
