A MUM woke to find her iPhone 4 had burned a hole in her boob.



Dionne Baxter, 24, rolled on the mobile as it lay charging on the mattress.



When she stirred she felt a stabbing pain and found a five-inch burn across her left breast.



She said: “I sleep in the nude and this large red mark was all down one side to the nipple.



“When I touched the phone it was so hot I couldn’t pick it up.”

A&E staff gave her painkillers and cream. But the blisters burst and became infected.



Dionne, a former warehouse worker of Purfleet, Essex, had dozed off next to daughter Lily May, five, and doesn’t know how long she lay on the phone.



She fears the scar will make it impossible for her to breastfeed if she has more kids.



Dionne said: “It’s dreadful — imagine if my daughter had been that side of the bed and it had burned her face.”



Burns expert Paul Banwell said: “Unfortunately she is likely to have permanent scarring.” Phone makers Apple declined to comment. -Thesun.co.uk
