This is Grozny, Chechnya.
At about 2AM local time about ten people hijacked three cars 30 km away from Grozny and went to Grozny.
They were pulled over inside the city, killed three policemen and stormed into the closest office building, which was empty at that hour. Were surrounded by the police, some were killed, the rest apprarenly fled and hid in a school, also empty at that time. Were killed there.
The bulding in the video is the office building. It's on fire because APC and tank guns were used.
It's over. Ten policemen and seven terrorists dead. It's not clear where the rest are or it was indeed 10 of them.
